Finally, someone else sees that when you combine meterological, economic and demographic FORECASTING into one hypothesis, you end up with a lot of room for uncertainty. Of course, when the author of the paper was confronted with one of the claims that his description of carbon trading could end up being "capricious and corrupt" his response was: "It is not a very analytical use of language and I don't think it bears scrutiny frankly. " Ah, atleast he was classically trained in the art of the run around.
